uMore is a mental well-being platform that tracks stress, anxiety, and depression. Users self-monitor with indicators that help them see their progression, and the AI identifies patterns. Users can track their own, or they can add trusted people to their safe-circle, such as a friend, relative, or even their doctor. If a user’s score is low, their safe-circle is notified. The safe-circle helps fill in the healthcare gaps when individuals cannot get access to care or when doctors don’t have enough time.
