At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely high-quality care, augmenting clinical teams with AI.

Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents—including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent—with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure.

Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)–approved AI platform for Voice AI-driven patient management.

Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 60+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows, >90% patient engagement, and improved clinical outcomes.

We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale access to care.

CONTEXT

As Tucuvi scales across health systems, public administrations, and clinical teams, one factor becomes increasingly critical:

clinical outcomes at scale.

Healthcare organizations adopt AI not only because it works, but because it works consistently and efficiently across every deployment. Today, that consistency is a challenge. Escalation logic, clinical action libraries, and protocol design vary from client to client, not always with a strong rationale behind the differences.

The healthcare system is under structural pressure. Healthcare professional shortages and the rising chronic disease burden are pushing clinical capacity to its limits. The product opportunities this creates are enormous.

Most AI health companies hire clinicians to review outputs or validate safety. We are looking for a clinician who wants to actively build, who is frustrated by the gap between how care is supposed to work and how it actually works, and who wants to close that gap. That is why we are looking for a Clinical Product Manager to act as a hands-on clinical contributor to how the product evolves.

This role will ensure that every deployment reflects best clinical practice, that product decisions are grounded in clinical reality, and that clinical observations from the field become buildable product opportunities. It is a high-impact role at the intersection of clinical practice, product design, and health system transformation.

If you are a clinician with product instincts, someone who has seen the system fail patients and wants to engineer a better version of it, hands-on, we would love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Ensuring that Tucuvi's clinical AI is effective and efficient, and that the product keeps getting better at reflecting how care is actually delivered.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and clinical expertise, ensuring that every deployment consistently reflects evidence-based clinical design, and that what you learn from deployments feeds directly back into what gets built next.

This role combines three key dimensions:

  • Hands-on product collaboration as an embedded clinical expert

  • Market and client listening to spot clinical workflow gaps and translate them into buildable product opportunities

  • Business connection to clinical decisions

What to expect during your first months with us

During your first month:

You will onboard into Tucuvi's platform, clinical model, and existing deployments. Spending time with the Product and Engineering teams to understand how clinical input currently flows (or fails to flow) into what gets built. Reviewing how escalation logic and clinical actions are configured across customers, identifying patterns and gaps.

Meeting key customers and internal teams, staying close to what nurses, coordinators, and clinicians actually experience when they use the platform, and start absorbing the clinical workflow signals that will shape your product contributions.

You’ll identify first product gaps you want to tackle and begin building your perspective on where the biggest clinical-product opportunities lie.

By the end of month three:

You’ll start contributing actively to the product roadmap, bringing clinical observations from the field into concrete, buildable proposals. Prototyping care pathway logic and workflow changes directly, without waiting for engineering. Joining client conversations and prospect calls, sharpening your ability to spot clinical workflow gaps and translate them into product direction. You will begin connecting clinical product decisions to outcomes: clinical, operational, and commercial.

You’ll also collaborate with the clinical team to propose configuration standards where inconsistencies do not hold up clinically.

After 6-12 months:

You’ll be a core contributor to how the product evolves, the clinical voice that shapes what gets built next. The product team will have a reliable clinical partner who catches problems early, proposes solutions grounded in care reality, and moves fast enough to keep up with the pace of the team. You will be actively listening across the client journey, turning clinical workflow gaps into product opportunities, and connecting clinical decisions to business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with Product as a hands-on clinical expert

Clinical expertise only creates value if it shapes what gets built. In this role, you are not an advisor who reviews specs after the fact. You are an active contributor to how the product evolves.

  • Prototyping clinical workflows and care pathway logic directly, without waiting for engineering bandwidth. Testing, validating, and iterating at speed

  • Translating care pathway knowledge into structured product logic. Taking what a nurse actually does during a chronic patient care journey and turning it into something LOLA can execute reliably, safely, and at scale

  • Acting as the internal reference for clinical plausibility. When the team debates whether a feature, a workflow, or a decision threshold makes clinical sense, you are the person who can answer that with authority

Listening to clients, leads, and the market to spot clinical workflow gaps

You will be the clinical ear across the client journey, absorbing signals that others miss and turning them into product direction.

  • Absorbing market signals and clinical workflow insights from early prospect conversations. Joining discovery calls and demos to understand where clinical workflows break down today

  • Observing deployments to identify what should be standardized and what reveals a deeper product gap, feeding those insights directly into the roadmap

  • Collecting client feedback during ongoing success phases, translating care gaps into concrete, buildable product opportunities

  • Identifying unmet clinical needs driven by healthcare staff shortages: the workarounds, the gaps, the tasks that fall through the cracks. Bringing those observations into the product roadmap

Contributing to clinical configuration standards

  • Collaborating with the clinical team to define standards for escalation logic and clinical actions across the portfolio

  • Providing clinical input during new customer onboarding and configuration reviews

  • Flagging inconsistencies across deployments and proposing standardization where bespoke configurations do not hold up clinically

Connecting clinical decisions to business outcomes

  • Linking clinical product decisions to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and economic impact

  • Making the case for why a specific clinical design matters beyond clinical correctness, connecting it to retention, expansion, and ROI

  • Supporting Customer Success in clinical reviews, performance conversations, and renewal discussions

  • Measuring and communicating clinical ROI as a differentiator in sales and expansion cycles

WITH WHOM YOU WILL WORK

You’ll report directly to Marcos (CTO & Co-Founder), working closely with:

  • Product and Engineering, where you will spend a significant part of your time contributing to requirements, prototyping, and roadmap decisions as an embedded clinical voice

  • Customer Success, to ensure configuration quality translates into measurable customer outcomes

  • Sales, to support complex deals where clinical rigor is a buying factor

  • Clinical teams at partner organizations, to stay grounded in how care is actually delivered

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed clinical professional (nurse, MD, or equivalent) with hands-on care experience

  • Deep familiarity with how clinical follow-up works in practice: chronic disease management, primary care, surgical pathways, etc.

  • +5 years experience working in digital health or product-related roles.

  • Genuine product instinct: you have strong opinions about how tools should work, and you act on them

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced product environment. You prototype, you iterate, and you ship

  • Tech-savvy enough to configure systems, explore data, and work directly with product and engineering teams.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to drive standardization where none existed before

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

What We'd Love To See

  • Experience in digital health, clinical informatics, or care innovation roles

  • Experience at the intersection of clinical work and product, operations, or quality roles

  • Excited and heavy-user of AI tools, from clinical-focused (e.g: OpenEvidence) to prototyping (e.g: Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code). We’d love to see your projects and how you are building in this new era!

  • Track record of identifying a broken clinical process.
