We’re hiring a Director of Life Sciences to lead and grow this vertical globally. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s ready to build: developing and executing scalable go-to-market strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and shaping how Tucuvi works with life sciences globally. We're looking for a strategic thinker who rolls up their sleeves, someone excited to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world patient impact.
What You’ll Do
As Director of Life Sciences, you’ll take ownership of this vertical: driving deals, building partnerships, and bringing our AI solutions to market with Life Science companies.
You’ll work hand in hand with our commercial team already focused on Life Sciences, but you’ll be the one leading the charge: identifying high-impact opportunities, shaping value propositions, owning senior stakeholder relationships, and closing strategic deals.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and be the go-to person for Life Sciences at Tucuvi.
Your mission:
During your first 3 month:
You’ll take ownership of our life sciences vertical, leading strategic relationships with our current partners and shaping the go-to-market playbook.
You’ll work closely with Diego, our Life Sciences Lead. Together, you’ll ensure we bring both commercial impact and operational excellence to our clients.
By the end of month 6:
You’ll be closing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and helping shape our product roadmap based on insights from the field. You’ll be the face of Tucuvi for senior stakeholders in Pharma and MedTech.
Within 12 months:
You’ll have built a repeatable and scalable GTM engine for life sciences, hitting annual targets and positioning Tucuvi as a key partner in the industry. Internally, you'll be our go-to expert; externally, a recognized voice driving digital transformation in care delivery.
Responsibilities
You’ll work closely to Maria, our Co-founder & CEO, driving the strategic direction of the Life Sciences vertical.
Carlos, our Sales Director, ensuring alignment across our commercial strategy.
Diego, our Life Sciences Lead, who leads day-to-day execution, project delivery and commercial efforts.
You’ll also collaborate with our Product, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to make sure we’re delivering real value fast.

- Lead the global commercial strategy for Life Sciences, owning the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and qualification to closing high-impact deals.
- Grow and expand existing partnerships, identifying new use cases, geographies, and commercial models to increase ACV and long-term value. - Develop scalable and repeatable GTM playbooks, tailored to different stakeholders, solutions, and client types.
- Act as the voice of the market, turning client needs into actionable insights that shape our product and clinical roadmap.
- Represent Tucuvi in the life sciences industry, building visibility and credibility with pharma stakeholders and in relevant forums and events.
- Mentor and support the existing Life Sciences team, becoming a natural leader as we continue to structure and scale the vertical.
- Join Tucuvi’s leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and the company’s overall direction.

Requirements
- Proven track record of selling to pharma or life sciences companies. Understanding how decisions are made and how to navigate complex stakeholders.
- Ability to position healthtech or SaaS solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business value. You’re a builder, comfortable operating without a strict playbook and energized by defining your own roadmap in a fast-moving environment.
- You’re hands-on and execution-oriented. This is a strategic individual contributor role, not a people management position.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Based in the U.S. or Europe, with flexibility to work across time zones.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable working in both languages.
