CONTEXT
We are growing rapidly, and our product is being implemented in an increasing number of hospitals, both public and private.
To achieve this, we are tackling complex integrations with electronic health records (EHR) and HL7 standards, as well as being integrated by key players through our public FHIR API. Therefore, we need to develop integrations that enhance our interoperability capabilities. This is where you come in.
We are looking for someone to join our team to help us scale our integrations and take them to the next level.
Do you want to join a fast-scaling medtech company? If you’re ready to take on the challenge and help us shape the future of healthcare technology, we’d love you to keep reading 🚀
What You’ll Do
Your main mission will be to design, develop, and maintain powerful integrations with healthcare systems, ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and compliant with industry regulations.
You’ll be part of our growing engineering team (currently 9-strong), working in an agile environment with two dedicated PODs: one focused on Conversational AI and the other on our Platform.
This role is more than just coding—you’ll have the opportunity to shape how our integrations evolve, designing high-performance APIs that enhance interoperability and support our rapid growth.
Beyond development, you’ll also play a key role in client interactions, working alongside our product and sales teams to ensure that our integrations meet the highest technical standards and address real-world healthcare challenges.
What To Expect During Your First Months With Us
During your first month:
In your first month, you’ll focus on understanding our platform, integrations, and processes. You’ll work closely with the engineering team, shadowing key interoperability projects and getting familiar with our FHIR API, HL7 standards, and EHR integrations. You’ll also join client and internal meetings to gain insights into real-world use cases.
By the end of month three, we expect to start:
By month three, you should be able to take ownership of integration tasks, designing and developing high-concurrency, low-latency solutions while ensuring data integrity. You’ll be actively contributing to new implementations, debugging issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams to refine integration strategies.
After three months:
After six months, you’ll be a key player in our interoperability efforts, leading complex integration projects and optimizing existing workflows. You’ll be proactively identifying improvements, mentoring others, and ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of healthcare technology. Additionally, you’ll be comfortable representing the engineering team in technical discussions with clients when needed.
Responsibilities
