CONTEXT
We are at a pivotal stage in our journey. Our SaMD product has already demonstrated its value in transforming healthcare delivery, and now it’s time to amplify our impact and reach a broader audience. We are creating a new category, and this approach has helped us gain initial traction and brand voice: our solution is leading the market with +50 hospitals implemented.
Until now, our marketing efforts have been led by the CEO. As we expand our operations, we need a Director of Marketing who can build and execute a strategic marketing function, crafting a compelling narrative, amplifying our visibility in new markets, and building the demand generation engine to support our growth goals.
This role is critical to scaling our team, our brand’s reach, aligning our messaging across diverse stakeholders, and ensuring our marketing efforts directly drive customer acquisition and engagement.
What You’ll Do
As Director of Marketing, you’ll be the visionary and leader responsible for positioning our brand as a global leader in Clinical AI, amplifying Tucuvi’s impact.
You’ll help us shape our brand identity, drive demand generation, and ensure our storytelling resonates with diverse audiences across markets.
You will be part of our management team. Working closely with them and other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals and build a strong marketing team to drive our next growth phase.

What To Expect During Your First Months With Us
During your first month:
- You'll deep dive into our business model, target markets, competitive landscape, and customer personas.
- You'll work with the team to review our existing marketing efforts, brand positioning to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Based on early observations, we expect you to start developing an initial hypothesis for a scalable marketing strategy.
- Refining our market strategy and roadmap for awareness and demand generation.
- Strengthening sales alignment, supporting pipeline growth through content, ABM, and key market events.
- Brand and thought leadership. Launching PRs, content, and partnerships to elevate credibility.
- Enabling sales and customer evangelism. Optimizing our digital presence, create sales materials, and amplifying customer success stories.
- You'll own the category narrative, position Tucuvi as a leader through thought leadership and industry influence.
- You'll be accelerating demand generation, by scaling marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, and keep building our marketing team.
You'll review, define and execute our marketing strategy. You'll key responsibilities will revolve around:
- Brand management. Establishing Tucuvi as a trusted leader in healthcare technology by refining our brand voice and visual identity for consistent messaging across all channels. Developing thought leadership initiatives to position the company as the innovative leaders we are in healthcare AI.
- Market insights. Staying informed on healthcare AI trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure marketing efforts remain relevant and impactful.
- Drive demand generation strategies to enable sales, grow our sales pipeline, leveraging digital, content, and account-based marketing strategies. Internally, we expect you to equip and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership team to refine messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and build marketing team. Recruiting, mentoring, and scaling marketing team.
- International Expansion. Tailoring marketing strategies for new markets, ensuring localized messaging, competitive differentiation, and a strong presence in industry conversations.
- Partnerships. Collaborating with external agencies and internal teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure alignment and maximize ROI.
- Communication and reporting. You'll review our current OKRs, KPIs, analyze performance, and present results to management team.

Due to the strategic role this person will have, we expect you to have:
- >8 years in marketing, B2B, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience in building and executing marketing strategies that align with sales and business objectives.
- We'll prioritize candidates with experience in medtech, healthtech, or other regulated environments, who understand public sector and/or how to navigate compliance.
- Proven successful experience building marketing strategies that support sales and market education in regulated markets, as well as communications, and demand generation in several markets.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to support content marketing, demand generation, and branding.
- Leadership skills. A strong team builder who nurtures talent and fosters collaboration.
- Have worked with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, scaling environments. Thriving in ambiguity and comfortable with startup dynamics.
- Exceptional storytelling, communicational and analytical/data driven abilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Remote experience. Since we are a remote first company, but candidates must be eligible for an employment contract in Spain.
