CONTEXT

Year over year we are hitting our ambitious target, working with leading healthcare systems, and doubling the team to keep up with our growth. Today, we are looking for a VP of Sales to lead the US market and continue our growth strategy.

Our sales team —currently led by our CEO— is passionate, knows the market and **is committed to our mission: enable efficient and effective care for all, starting with AI phone consultations to augment care teams capacity.

As we are scaling our operations in the US,** we are looking for a US VP of Sales to lead our go-to-market efforts in the US healthcare market, specifically targeting Enterprise Health Systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your main goal would be to lead and spearhead our US expansion by building a strong foundation for growth. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Tucuvi’s development and product, as your role will be critical in terms of strategy, sales, and execution, ensuring the success of our commercial efforts in the US, with primary responsibility for prospecting and selling our solution.

You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to grasp Tucuvi’s unique value proposition and to lead and steer our GTM efforts, becoming the first hire of the commercial team in the US, having significant exposure to and influence over our GTM strategy, with the opportunity to own and implement this project from an early stage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take full ownership and accountability of the sales strategy and results for revenue strategy, pipeline, and results. Ensuring each initiative is aligned with our overall growth objectives.
    • Execute on key areas to hit our OKRs. Sharing your findings with real data, examples, and strong reasoning.
  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Tucuvi’s AI by Health Systems.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with Health Systems, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Become Tucuvi’s advocate. Representing us at conferences, meetings, and events, serving as a trusted advisor and evangelizing our company and product.

REQUIREMENTS

The person we are looking for should have:

  • >6 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a ****B2B SaaS or tech environment, focused on Enterprise Health Systems in the US market.
  • >3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of overachieving in previous sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, demonstrating knowledge on market trends, policies, regulations, payment models among others.
  • Exceptional communicational and listening skills, fostering strategic customer relationships and providing value for customers.
  • Data-driven mindset to lean on metrics to report, inform ****and create action plans, internal and externally.
  • Worked in an ambiguous, fast-paced, startup environment, collaborating remotely with other team members such us product, development, CS teams.
