CONTEXT
Since our foundation, we’ve doubled our growth every year in terms of clients, turnover, and team members. This year is no exception.
We are leading Clinical Conversational AI in healthcare, and so we need someone who joins the team and helps us convey our mission: make healthcare accessible and efficient so that every patient has the best life quality. Our marketing focus for this 2024 is clear and pivots around these two areas: building trust and enabling sales. That’s why we now need someone to join the team and focus on content writing to help us continue building trust in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll focus on creating and executing product and company content that supports our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
We have dozens of healthcare professionals and thousands of patients leveraging our product, and we want to enable them to share what they are achieving.
We are working on a new category around AI care, and it is part of our duty to share what it means: best practices for implementing AI in clinical settings, regulations, benefits and risks, among many others. This way, practitioners can make the best informed decisions.
You’ll create content around this. Your work will have a direct impact on supporting Sales and Customer Success teams, facilitating their conversations with healthcare systems. You will also support the work we are doing in attending events, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and materials such as videos, testimonials, business cases, etc.
As you see, we do have multiple initiatives that have proven to work, but we value creativity and initiative. That’s why we’re looking for a person that can not only excel in the content generation we’re doing today, but who can get to know the market, the team, and our clients’ needs so well that could take the lead in suggesting new initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
During your first months you’ll understand our product, get to know our audience, and so you’ll be focused on:
- Creating of high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, press releases and social media campaigns.
- Cross-collaboration with marketing, product, and other teams to produce cohesive and compelling content and to make sure all projects meet deadlines.
- Ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and meets industry regulatory requirements.
After a few months we expect you to:
- Start proposing content initiatives that support teams’ goals, to measure the impact of your actions -content performance- and to optimize content for search engines -SEO-.
WITH WHOM WILL YOU WORK
Currently, the marketing team consists of Laura, who works closely with the customer success, product, and sales teams.
You’ll also collaborate with Anni, a UX/UI designer on the product team who provides occasional support to Marketing. Meet the rest of the team you’ll be working closely with 👇

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience of at least 2/3 years focused on content writing.
- You understand how is the product lifecycle and/or have been part of a product company B2B.
- You show technical writing skills and are able to translate complex —medical— and technical information into clear and accessible content.
- You show strong writing, editing and visual content skills (script, purpose, voice-over, visual, video description)
- You are used to working in English and you communicate fluently in writing and speaking.
- Spanish is your mother tongue, or you have a CX-level of conversational Spanish.
- You are used to work in a remote and collaborative asynchronous work environment
