About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure we meet our growth targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue additional revenue streams.
  • Develop a trusting relationship with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Understand customer requirements through regular communications to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
  • Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customer’s journey and our product.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Support partnering activities and relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and selling software to the healthcare sector in Spain.
  • Creativity, good capacities for analysis, and work organisation.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Passionate about the digital health field.
  • Experience working in sales.
  • Clinical or life sciences background is a plus.
  • Experience in working with international clients is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in effectively nurturing and expanding accounts, from inception to significant growth.
  • Knowledge of medical devices and software solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and a great multitasker.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to travel at least 25% of the time in Spain.
  • Evidence of strong worth ethic and proactivity.
  • Critical thinking on continuous improvement and open to applying feedback quickly.
