What do we expect?

As a B2B Marketing Specialist with hands-on marketing experience, your key objective will be to create an engine to generate new leads, especially through our LinkedIn and website channels. Your job role includes mapping customer profiles, developing the channels and support in content production, both organic and paid, and integrate with our CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our B2B marketing strategy and implement the tactics for various products and services
  • Help define client personas
  • Develop, automate and manage our B2B channels, with a special focus on LinkedIn
  • Deliver paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive sales growth, including multi-touch journeys
  • Create value propositions that communicate clearly to the targeted audiences
  • Generate the necessary number of leads to nurture our sales funnel
  • Coordinate with colleagues, partners, media, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Analyse data and deliver reports for management decision-making

Who are you?

You are an experienced, data and result-driven marketeer, with a strategic mindset and yet with an hands-on approach. You are able to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies, leveraging your understanding of the B2B landscape. You are collaborative, effectively capable of communicating with other teams and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. You have strong analytical skills, are detail- oriented and you apply data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Must have:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel, including LinkedIn Pages, LinkedIn Ads, Sponsored Content, InMail, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Analytics and LinkedIn Groups
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing and sales operations
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
  • Strong analytical, organisation and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time
  • Knowledge of marketing data analysis, in particular LinkedIn metrics, and report automation / creation
  • Professional working proficiency in English
