As an early engineer at Tiny Health, you will be building the future of family gut health. We help families heal and thrive by offering the easiest tools to test for and improve gut health from pregnancy to early childhood. You will work across our entire technical stack and have a huge impact on our daily operations.What you'll do- Build and maintain customer-facing web applications and internal tools using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.- Design and implement microservices and APIs to support new product features.- Collaborate with product, design, science, and operations to ship features end-to-end.- Improve reliability, performance, and security across the stack.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.What we’re looking for- 4+ years of experience building production web applications.- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL), and REST APIs.- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and observability.- Strong product sense, ownership, and communication.- Bonus: experience with e-commerce, healthtech, or HIPAA-compliant systems.Location- Remote (US time zones preferred)Why Tiny Health- Mission-driven team improving family health outcomes.- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.- Flexible, remote-first culture.
