We provide comprehensive support to our portfolio companies from the moment we invest until exit. Our in-house experts ensure our companies have the resources they need to succeed. While we are headquartered in Miami and Madrid, this internship opportunity will be based in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

In our Data team, we’re building products that are redefining how the VC ecosystem operates. With a strong focus on data analytics and AI, we are developing tools that empower strategic decision-making for startups and investors alike.

As an intern within the Data Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Product Management and technical development efforts. While much of your focus will be on The Watchlist, you may also contribute to other initiatives such as Growth Scanner and additional data-driven internal projects.

Your internship will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and technical execution. You will:

• Collaborate with the team to define and refine product features based on data-driven insights and user behavior.
• Support development tasks across our products, contributing to both backend and frontend improvements.
• Assist in gathering product requirements and help translate them into clear, actionable implementation steps.
• Participate in the analysis of user feedback and market research to identify new product opportunities and areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development, monitoring, and reporting of product performance metrics, including data visualization tasks.
• Support the product lifecycle end-to-end—from concept to launch—ensuring strong alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Engage in cross-functional projects, working not only with the Data team but also with Investment, Marketing, and other internal teams.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an intern with a strong product–data mindset and a genuine passion for building impactful digital products.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with curiosity and creativity when facing technical or product challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Some programming experience, ideally in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Some experience using Cursor.
• Bonus: data visualization skills.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• A genuine interest in technology, AI-powered products, and the role of data in product development.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

What we offer:

This is a full-time internship, Monday to Friday. Commitment will be 6 months provided that objectives and expectations are met on both sides. Details will be discussed during the interview.

The internship will be paid and will offer the opportunity for course credit in case the university allows it.
