Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, hyper-growth tech company executives, and operators who are committed to supporting founders in their journeys to build sustainable companies through product-led growth.

We provide comprehensive support to our portfolio companies from the moment we invest until exit. Our in-house experts, combined with our vast network of over 500 mentors and alumni, ensure our companies have the resources they need to succeed. While we are headquartered in Miami and Madrid, this internship opportunity will be based in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do:

In our Data team, we’re building products that groundbreak the VC ecosystem as it’s known. With a focus on data analytics and AI, we are developing products that empower strategic decision making for startups and investors alike.

As an intern within the Data Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Product Management efforts to enhance our products. Your internship will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at driving product innovation and efficiency. You will:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and refine product features based on data-driven insights.
• Participate in the analysis of user feedback and market research to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of product performance metrics, contributing to data visualization and reporting efforts to inform decision-making.
• Support the product lifecycle management process, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Engage in cross-functional projects, working closely not just with the data team but also with the investment teams, marketing, etc.

Who we are looking for:

We are on the lookout for an intern who has the product-data mindset and the passion to contribute to our product development journey.

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product insights.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to dive deep into challenges and explore creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment alongside various stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with a keen interest in learning more about data-driven products development. A flair for AI-based products is a bonus.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A genuine interest in technology, software products, and the impact of data on product development.
• Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

What we offer:

This is a full-time internship, Monday to Friday. Commitment will be 6 months provided that objectives and expectations are met on both sides. Details will be discussed during the interview.

The internship will be paid and will offer the opportunity for course credit in case the university allows it.
