We are seeking a data-driven, creatively minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid digital growth efforts. This role is responsible for scaling and refining our paid marketing acquisition strategy and driving continuous improvements in conversion rate optimization (CRO) across our digital experience. You will partner closely with our SEO Manager, Marketing Managers and Product teams to implement high-impact campaigns, run experiments, and unlock new growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Lead strategy and hands-on management of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant search networks.
Oversee keyword research, account structure, bidding strategies, and continuous optimization.
Develop compelling ad copy and extensions aligned with user intent and funnel stage.
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Monitor competitive landscape and search trends to identify new opportunities.
Paid Social Strategy & Execution
Develop, execute, and scale paid social marketing strategies across channels such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
Plan and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and test creative variations, messaging frameworks, and audience segments to maximize performance.
Stay on top of platform best practices, algorithm updates, and new ad formats to continually improve results.
Analytics & Performance Management
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Looker, etc.).
Translate complex insights into a simplified set of results and actions within your channels. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and SQL preferred but not essential.
Build clear performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure strong tracking, attribution, and data integrity across all campaigns.
Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g., cohort, LTV/CAC, funnel drop-off) to influence growth strategy.
Work closely with Marketing Managers to develop highly effective paid social assets optimized for conversions.
Partner with Account Management, Business Development and Product teams to ensure seamless visitor-to-customer journeys.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Own the end-to-end CRO roadmap for landing pages and key funnel touchpoints.
Be in charge of a variety of KPIS: CRO, CPC, CPA, CLTV, among others
Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve click-through rates, landing-page effectiveness, and on-site conversion.
Partner with Product to implement data-driven experience improvements that drive measurable uplift.
Innovation & Growth
Identify new platforms, tools, and tactics to expand acquisition opportunities.
Test innovative approaches to improve efficiency (e.g., automation, new bidding strategies, audience modeling, personalization).
Lead or support strategic growth initiatives related to user acquisition and performance strategy.
