What would you be doing as a SEO Specialist?

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of demonstrable experience in search engine optimization, knowledge of the latest trends in SEO and the ability to lead projects interacting with different teams. The person will be responsible for increasing organic traffic to our website and managing the projects necessary to do so.

Some of the functions you will develop include:

• Monitor website performance using SEO analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming-frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix…)

• Perform keyword analysis and market research to identify SEO opportunities.

• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.

• Optimize existing content and create new content that is relevant and appealing to both search engines and users.

• Conduct audits of competitor websites and other sectors and provide valuable recommendations and insights that we can implement in ours.

• Manage the relationship with our SEO Agency and know how to define their priorities and main lines of work.

• Lead initiatives/projects that contribute to the growth of organic traffic and/or the improvement of channel conversion.

• Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and projects, identifying synergies.

What are we looking for?

• At least three years of verifiable experience in SEO, in an agency or company environment.

• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and a solid understanding of search engine algorithms.

• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, (GA4 would be a plus) Google Search Console, Screaming-frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, etc.

• Ability to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and complex organic analysis based on KW rankings.

• Analytical skills to perform analysis and draw conclusions and actions after them.

• Technical skills, including the ability to perform technical website audits and address technical SEO issues.

• Good communication skills and be used to working with Developers.

• Ability to deal with multiple requests at the same time and execute fast

• Excellent language skills in English

• An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination

• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
