What would you be doing as an Account Manager?
Be the first line of contact for the landlords in your market
You will be responsible to proactively contact landlords to onboard them in Spotahome platform, to work with them to keep them engaged, to help them optimize the conditions of their properties to maximize the value they obtain from the Spotahome platform
You will be responsible for optimicing your partners portfolio and maximize listings and availability of property supply.
You will be responsible to reactively solve landlords questions, changes modifications a provide them advice to improve their performance in our platform.
You will Track, analyze and report the performance of your portfolio managed
Handle all of the matters regarding your Landlords such as listings, availabilities, payments, bookings and different issues, within an appropriate time frame.
You will work and develop strong relationships with local teams and central operations
What are we looking for?
1-3 years of professional experience in sales, account management or customer success
Excellent language skills in French and English. Spanish would be a plus.
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
Ability to deal with multiple requests at the same time and execute fast
Passion for sales, perseverance and fun in winning customers
City and real estate market knowledge will be a plus as you will need to offer valuable insights and be perceived as a local advisor who truly impacts the landlord experience
Incredibly empathetic and understanding of your private landlords. You will be a powerful advocate for Spotahome’s partners
Be obsessed with customer experience
An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders
An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination
Enjoy solution-oriented selling as well as a high degree of initiative, service orientation
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
