Product Success Manager - Voice AI for PT Clinics
Spike Technologies
Spike Technologies builds Voice AI agents purpose-built for physical therapy (PT) clinics, automating complex administrative workflows: from insurance verification and prior authorizations to scheduling and claim-denial management. Our platform seamlessly connects with clinic EMR systems to streamline operations end-to-end.
With 98% accuracy, 25× engagement growth, and adoption by 100+ healthcare organizations, Spike is redefining how PT clinics operate through intelligent, human-centered automation.
We’re looking for a Product Success Manager with deep PT operations and EMR experience to bridge the gap between our customers and product teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of Spike’s AI products, ensuring our Voice AI agents (like Lucy for back-office tasks and Marcus for front-desk operations) deliver measurable, lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product adoption and value by deeply understanding clinic workflows, EMR configurations, and integration points that impact day-to-day operations.
- Partner with clinics and internal teams to identify friction within EMR-linked workflows and translate those insights into actionable product improvements.
- Monitor key metrics (product usage, automation success, engagement, and retention) to ensure sustained value delivery and growth.
- Lead change management initiatives, helping PT teams integrate AI and digital tools into their existing systems confidently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience with EMR systems (WebPT, Raintree, Clinicient, or similar) and a strong understanding of how they support PT operations.
- Practical experience in a U.S. physical therapy setting — ideally as a PT, clinic manager, or operations leader.
- Solid grasp of payer processes, prior authorization workflows, reimbursement models, and denial management.
- Proven ability to translate operational pain points into product opportunities.
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools, understanding data outputs, and teaching others to optimize automation in clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for turning feedback into innovation.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary
- Stock options package with a significant upside
- Fully remote opportunity (offices in Vilnius, Lithuania and Palo Alto, CA)
- Dynamic growth: dive into AI and Data tech, seizing high-growth opportunities with cutting-edge projects.
- Collaboration with a mission-driven team, including data scientists, engineers, and healthcare innovators from Bloomberg, OneMedical (Amazon), and Google.
- Solid backing: enjoy stability and ample resources for success, supported by reputable venture capitalists.
