Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer advocate for Spike’s PT clinic partners - building strong relationships, understanding their unique workflows, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our AI solutions.
• Partner closely with clinics to monitor adoption of Spike’s AI agents (like “Lucy” for back-office and “Marcus” for front desk), identify barriers to success, and proactively drive solutions that improve satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Provide insights back to internal teams by sharing customer feedback, recurring workflow challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
• Track key customer success metrics (engagement, renewal, satisfaction) and ensure Spike consistently delivers measurable impact for PT clinics.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in a US-based PT setting, whether as a practicing PT, operations director, or clinic manager.
• Strong understanding of PT clinic operations, payer behaviors, prior authorization timelines, reimbursement models, insurance denials, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, manage relationships, and guide PT staff through change management.
• Comfortable with AI-powered platforms, interpreting data outputs, and teaching others how to maximize technology in their workflows.
