About the Role

Spike Technologies is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growth team. This position will focus on driving B2B sales of our Wearables API and Generative AI product suite, with a special emphasis on expanding our presence in high-value enterprise accounts. You will lead sales efforts that require a nuanced understanding of account-based strategies, partnerships, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete B2B sales cycle, from strategic lead generation through to deal closing with large enterprise customers.
  • Account-Based Sales Strategy: Identify and prioritize key high-value accounts. Drive engagement through a blend of outbound strategies, marketing coordination, and in-person relationship building.
  • Industry Engagement: Create and present tailored business cases for major insurance and healthcare clients, adapting our value proposition to their unique needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Data Science team, SDRs, and Product Development to stay informed on product updates and leverage resources for client engagement.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the market and the challenges faced by our B2B clients to ensure relevant, impactful outreach.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, with a history of driving and closing high-value deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong interest in HealthTech and AI technologies, particularly in Digital Health and Insurance sectors.
  • Track Record of Success: Proven ability to exceed B2B sales targets with large enterprise customers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with API and technology, with an ability to translate technical advantages into strategic business value.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, with a consultative sales approach.
