The Opportunity

As Tiny Health’s first in-house brand designer, you will tell the story of our company and drive brand awareness, user engagement, and growth across marketing channels. You will become an expert on the Tiny Health brand and serve as the primary designer for Tiny Health brand collateral, including website design, social media assets, email templates, and more. This position reports directly to the Marketing Lead.

What You’ll Do:

Design assets for digital campaigns, landing pages, email, social, print, and events.
Build and extend our existing visual language as an extension of our brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
Enable non-designers to create on-brand assets with the development of self-serve templates, tools, libraries, request processes, etc.
Actively contribute to Tiny Health’s Brand Guidelines/Standards and shape the evolution of the brand voice and strategy as our company evolves
Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company
Educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling
Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agencies to understand objectives and create designs that achieve desired results
Collaborate with Product/UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
Collaborate with Marketing and Science to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals to help educate prospects and customers
Continually iterate on concepts to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s) and more effective in performance-based channels.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years’ professional brand design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment (past work in direct-to-consumer health/wellness brands a bonus)
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
A portfolio of brand design samples illustrating work across marketing channels
Effective in conveying visual brand identity across multiple marketing channels
Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into effective, persuasive visuals
Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch creative ideas
Experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.
A curious mind and a desire to hit the ground running
