The Role

As our Product Lead, you will transform a product with proven impact into a killer product that users love and want to share. You will enable product-led growth by owning the entire product experience from onboarding to retention, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and the CEO to implement the product strategy and ensure a seamless user experience. You’ll lead product dashboards, experiments, and help define the scope of releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the entire product experience end-to-end, from user onboarding to retention.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering, design teams, and the CEO to execute product strategy and ensure consistency in user experience.
• Enable product-led growth by designing experiences that encourage user engagement and sharing.
• Own product dashboards and design, and implement experiments to optimize the user experience.
• Define the scope of product releases and lead projects from conception through to launch.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product roles, likely as a Senior Product Manager or Director-level PM, while still acting as an individual contributor.
• Proven Experience: Developing apps in early-stage startups pre-PM fit (Series Seed or A) and working in wellness companies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and run experiments to optimize product performance.
• Bay Area Location: Must be based in the Bay Area.
• Curiosity & User-Centric: Ability to learn from current users and iterate based on feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with audio based software product.
• Started a company before as part of the founding team
