We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with a strategic and systematic vision for building and evolving internal platforms. The ideal candidate understands that platform engineering is not just about infrastructure, but rather a set of practices and tools that empower development teams to deliver software efficiently, securely, and at scale.
The professional will be responsible for building self-service internal solutions, abstracting infrastructure complexity, and ensuring that developers have a productive, standardized, and observable environment. They will play a key role in implementing automation best practices, CI/CD, security, and governance, leveraging tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and New Relic.
What We Expect:
- Strong experience in platform engineering – building tools and workflows that accelerate development and reduce infrastructure dependency.
- Deep focus on Developer Experience – creating interfaces and abstractions that make the platform intuitive and efficient to use.
- Automation and standardization mindset – experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure repeatability and predictability in processes.
- Observability and governance from the design phase – implementing monitoring, metrics, logs, and structured alerts to ensure visibility and reliability of applications.
- Critical thinking and efficiency-driven mindset – ability to evaluate technical and product trade-offs, optimizing processes without compromising scalability, security, or resilience.
- Enabler for development teams – empowering squads to deliver software autonomously by providing documentation, best practices, and ongoing support.
