As a Strategy Manager, you will be part of a talented team that works together with other squads/teams and supports them in making the best decision for the business, you will have constant contact with the high-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating a growth strategy, helping the CEO to decide the main initiatives
• Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget
• Help product team with KPIs, strategy, and product development
• Track the performance of Recargapay's products
• Conduct meetings with C-level executives about new initiatives
• Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements
• Conduct studies with the finance team that can help us make decisions
