We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Fraud Prevention Manager. In this role, you will lead strategic fraud prevention initiatives, collaborating across various departments to develop and implement effective solutions. This position plays a critical role in data analysis, monitoring, and the continuous improvement of processes and operational indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Technology, BI, and other fraud prevention teams to develop integrated solutions.
- Conduct strategic studies and analyses to enhance the performance of monitoring and fraud prevention teams.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, improving predictive capabilities and accuracy.
- Extract, manipulate, and process data to generate valuable insights for decision-making.
- Monitor key company performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, anomalies, risks, or opportunities.
- Update and validate reporting routines, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Oversee the performance of rules and models in fraud prevention engines, ensuring efficient and effective risk management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements in operational processes.
