The expectation of the Sr. Product Analyst is to play a critical role in driving informed decision-making, optimizing loan offerings, and enhancing risk management strategies within the company’s lending portfolio. With the customer in mind as a first priority, the product analyst will dive into the data to increase conversion, retention, optimize user experience while accounting for profitability.
- Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the lending portfolio to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to inform strategies for optimizing loan offerings, pricing, and risk management.
- Skillful at communication & data presentation: ability to create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate clear results and persuade the audience to embrace proposed strategies.
- Making things happen: Extensive experience as a product management analyst with a proven track record of implementing clear actions that effectively drive changes in KPIs.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to help shape our lending strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including credit risk team, marketing, and operations, to implement initiatives that improve the lending portfolio.
- Loan Product Optimization: Evaluate existing loan products based on performance data and customer feedback. Analyze factors such as loan terms, interest rates, and features to determine which products are most effective and identify opportunities for new offerings.
- Pricing Strategies: Conduct price sensitivity analyses to understand how changes in interest rates and fees impact demand and profitability.
- Focus on growth: identify and implement growth strategies considering life time value.
