RecargaPay is looking for an Automation Analyst to join our team. We are an innovative and dynamic company focused on optimizing processes and automating routines, resulting in continuous and significant improvements. As part of our team, you will be essential in creating and implementing advanced process automation solutions, developing SQL scripts, integrating and optimizing databases, and creating data visualization dashboards that provide valuable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Development of Automation Solutions
• Data Analysis and Modeling for automation and reporting
• Optimization and Integration of Databases enabling automation
• Development of Dashboards
• Implement process automation solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python and RPA, including knowledge in Blueprism
• Design and develop workflows considering different environments and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Provide integrated solutions between different systems and platforms that enable complete business process automation
• Perform process analyses and evaluations to support decision-making on which processes to automate, including technical feasibility analysis, cost, and opportunity
• Monitor and measure the performance of automated processes, proposing continuous optimizations based on statistical data obtained from monitoring
• Properly test and document processes, workflows, and solutions developed in automated processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Gather necessary requirements and perform data modeling necessary for automations
• Create and optimize SQL scripts for SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring maximum performance in processing automated flows
