We are looking for someone to join the fraud prevention team to be responsible for monitoring the company's operations related to prevention and operational health. This role involves providing insights to enhance security and aid decision-making in the area, including monitoring performance, rules, models, etc.

Responsibilities

• Interact with various fraud and BI departments;
• Develop studies with proposals to improve the performance of the monitoring team;
• Extract, manipulate, and process data to generate strategic insights;
• Daily monitor the company's key operational indicators;
• Update and validate routines for reports, reports, and numbers;
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and report in detail any instabilities, anomalies, deviations, risks, or opportunities.
