Description

The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy. This includes building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; communicating the company's financial performance and strategic plans; and managing the company's disclosure obligations.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy.
Lead Capital Raise efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Communicate the company's financial performance and strategic plans.
Manage the company's disclosure obligations in accordance with securities regulations.
Prepare and deliver presentations to investors and other stakeholders.
Respond to investor inquiries.
Oversee the preparation of the company's registration statement, prospectus, and other investor materials.
Work with the legal and compliance departments to ensure compliance with securities regulations.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in investor relations and/or Investment banking / consulting.
Experience in an IPO process would be a plus.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
CFA designation.
Experience in a public company.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of securities regulations.
