What you'll accomplish:

Answer all Paloma Health phone calls and triage patients as needed

Support all patient communications, including managing email inboxes and text message platform

Handle all scheduling and rescheduling for members and new patients

Manage the clinical waitlist

Check patient insurance eligibility, manage the insurance inbox and support patients with questions about deductibles/copays/etc. 

Real time tech support for clinicians and patients

Ideally you will have:

2-3 years of clinical administrative experience

Experience with Athena health or another similar EMR

Experience working in a digital health company

Interest in supporting patients through technical difficulties 

Previous experience in a call center preferred

Experience working in a doctor’s office preferred

The starting salary for this role is $50,000 depending on skills and experience.

Our compensation decisions are based on role, experience level, and skillset. The range provided is an estimate as of the date the job was posted and is calculated using salaries equitable to other early stage startups similarly positioned to Paloma Health. Our goal is to ensure the majority of our team members are offered salaries that fall within this range based on the above factors. That said, there may be situations that arise where an individual is less, or more, experienced than what is described in this job posting. In these situations, the range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
