We're looking for someone to join our existing Customer Success team and work on managing the end-to-end implementation process for our credit union partners. This job is fully remote. The right candidate will be able to collaborate closely with the team and work independently to ensure smooth onboarding, maintain clear communication, and guarantee all tasks and deadlines are met with precision.

What the job is:
- Manage and execute the entire implementation process for new credit union partners
- Maintain detailed records of each implementation's status, including blockers and next steps
- Ensure timely responses to all partner communications and inquiries
- Organize the team around deadlines and deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Collaborate with the customer success manager and support team to ensure a cohesive partner experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes and best practices
- Use project management and CRM tools to track and report on implementation progress
Who you are:
- Ready to learn. You have proven experience in B2B customer success or implementation roles, preferably in a tech-related field. You're eager to expand your knowledge in the legal tech domain.
- Excellent communication. You are concise and know how to speak with senior leadership. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Domain expertise. You're proficient with standard corporate productivity tools, including PM systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce). You have a strong technical acumen with an understanding of concepts such as DNS records, APIs, server endpoints, and firewalls/whitelisting.
- You are coachable. Legal Karma believes in growing you as a professional and as a human. To work with our team, you must be coachable and focused on self-improvement. You have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
