Distribution Manager in AngolaPosition in Angola (Africa)

• Assist Logistics in all daily activities related to dispatching and distribution FMCG to customers;
• Receive and select sales orders from commercial;
• Distribute and plan optimal delivery of sales order;
• Optimize truck load, delivering routes, and 2nd rounds;
• Invoice and document all goods loaded in trucks;
• Verify Material loading in vehicle & related documentation;
• Confirm returns and credit them in system;
• Adhere to Occupational Health, Safety & Environment;
• Strong interaction with comercial team, truck drivers, customer service and security. Team player;
• Lead team to improve processes performance and reduce time of delivery;
• Plans and delivers materials and goods for Marketing events;
• Interact with customers and fulfill delivery services;
• Distribution services is a differentiating element in the FMCG and F&B Industry;
• Prepare Credit & Debit Notes to Clients;
• Physical verification & documentation of Finished goods;
• Forwards returned products to quality for assessment;
• Sales orders and interaction with commercial team;
• Planning Process;
• Invoicing and documenting process;
• Route optimization and GPS tracking information;
• Controlling and checking of trucks and loads.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Portuguese language
• Degree in management, administration or similar areas;
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Distribution Manager;
• Knowledge of systems such as Primavera/SAP, MS-Excell;
• SOP, Planning, Problem Solving, Communicative;
• Shift Leadership, Focus, Organized, Stress Management.
