Job DescriptionPosition in Angola (Africa)

• Assist Logistics in all daily activities related to the dispatch and distribution of FMCG to customers
• Revenue generation receive and select sales orders
• Distribute and plan the optimal delivery of sales orders
• Optimize truck load, delivery routes and 2nd laps
• Invoice and document all goods loaded onto trucks
• Check material loading on vehicle and related documentation
• Brand Building Plans and delivers materials and products for Marketing events
• Interact with customers and fulfill delivery services
• Route optimization and GPS tracking information
• Control and checking of trucks and loads
• MIS & Reporting Daily planning.

Requirements

• Degree in management and administration or similar areas
• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics
• Knowledge, Skills and Behavior: Knowledge of systems such as Primavera/SAP, MS-Excel
• Shift Leadership, Focus, Organized, Stress Management
• Strong interaction with commercial team, truck drivers, customer service and security. Team player
• Lead team to improve process performance and reduce delivery time
• Knowledge of the English language.
