In this role, you’ll manage a 7-figure annual budget with the autonomy to decide how we scale. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to optimize our path to conversion and drive predictable pipeline and MRR growth.

About the role

You will lead the strategy and execution of our paid social channels, reporting to our Paid Growth leadership.

Your mission is to turn investment into predictable pipeline and revenue growth, prioritizing efficiency and scalable acquisition over vanity metrics.

This is a high-ownership role where success is measured by the quality of the pipeline you generate and its direct impact on our bottom line.

What will you be doing? ✨

• Own the end-to-end management of paid social channels, primarily Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with Reddit and X as additional testing opportunities.

• Optimize a 7-figure annual budget, prioritizing the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact.

• Work closely with Sales Development and Revenue teams to continuously improve lead quality and full-funnel conversion.

• Drive a relentless test-and-learn roadmap across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, and campaign structures.

• Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion rates.

• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights tied to pipeline, closed-won deals, and revenue.

• Identify and test new paid social opportunities and emerging platforms to unlock incremental growth.

• Manage and optimize our performance marketing tech stack, ensuring clean attribution and data-driven decision making.

Your Profile 🧐

• 5+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments.

• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads (Reddit or X experience is a plus).

• Proven track record managing large budgets (7-figure annual spend) with a focus on revenue efficiency.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw performance data into actionable growth strategies.

• Experience working closely with creative testing and ad copy performance.

• Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional and international teams.

• Fluent in English.
