About the role 🚀

We’re looking for a Video & Employer Branding Content Creator to join our Talent Marketing team. Your mission is to turn our culture, people, and purpose into inspiring stories that attract amazing talent. You’ll create authentic and creative content — videos, photos, campaigns, and live moments — that make people feel what it’s like to work at Factorial.

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, People, and Social Media to shape how we show up as an employer brand across all channels.

What you’ll do 💡

• Create end-to-end content that supports our employer brand strategy, from concept and storytelling to filming and editing.

• Bring Factorial’s EVP and culture to life through authentic stories about our teams, events, and everyday life.

• Collaborate with TA to develop campaigns and narratives that attract top talent for specific roles and regions.

• Ensure a consistent and engaging visual and narrative identity across all touchpoints (careers page, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal events, etc.).

• Produce and direct visual experiences for company-wide events (All Hands, culture days, tech talks).

• Track content performance and help us learn what resonates with our audiences.

What we’re looking for 🎯

• Have a portfolio showing storytelling through video, photography, or social campaigns (preferably about people, culture, or brand).

• Know how to translate brand strategy into content — not just how to make it look good, but why it matters.

• Are comfortable producing content both professionally (Premiere, Figma) and on the go (CapCut, mobile-first).

• Knowledge of OBS is highly valued, we run weekly live streams, and you’ll be responsible for their visual concept and execution.

• A creative eye and passion for storytelling. In particular Interest in employer branding, digital engagement, or talent marketing.

• Ability to own projects end-to-end, while also enjoying teamwork.

• Comfortable working in English (intermediate level).
