This is Saman Mortazavi, Head of Sales in Erudit AI. We are expanding our Field Sales team and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Account executive to join our growing squad.
To complete the team, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will be on the ground floor of a dynamic, high-growth team where your growth potential is unlimited.
In addition, Erudit will invest in outside training & mentorship for your ongoing growth.

People managers and HR professionals can now get reliable, updated People Analytics that facilitate a deep understanding of your teams, focused resources, customized HR initiatives, and a more productive, more successful organization.

👉 About the role:
Reporting to our Director of Sales, our Sr. Account Executives are key players in our growth strategy of new client acquisition. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel to Erudit’s new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworking, ethical, and collaborative players are the key role in guiding new customers on a journey to a future state where people insights are actionable, insightful, and highly impactful. We want to ensure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing. In this role, you will:
- Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in an assigned territory
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Initiate and support sales efforts of Erudit solutions
- Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and forecasting via our CRM
- Align with Marketing & assigned SDRs to ensure alignment and efficiency
👉 The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to senior leadership
- Solution selling is a must! Mastery of discovery, diagnosis and solution selling vs. product selling
- Success in full sales cycle; Discovery, Diagnose, Collaborate, & Co-Selling a future state with our prospects
Preferred:
- Experience selling into HR, People Operations, People Analytics, and C-level
- Working in the survey or VoE industry is a huge advantage
- HR Tech would be great
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of additional opportunities
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry and ability to competitively displace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
