The Opportunity
As a Solutions Consultant at UserTesting, you’ll be a strategic partner to both prospective and existing customers—bringing technical know-how, a consultative mindset, and deep product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions that solve real business challenges and drive measurable impact.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, collaborating across sales, customer success, product, and services teams to showcase the power of UserTesting in action and deliver compelling customer experiences that convert interest into long-term value.
The Team
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative Solutions Consulting team that partners closely with Enterprise Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. Although geographically dispersed, the team is united by a mission to unlock customer value through thoughtful, human-centered solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, values collaboration, and is driven by the impact of customer insight. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive experience in a customer-facing or consultative role such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar
A consultative mindset with confidence engaging stakeholders from C-Suite to practitioner level
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong storytelling and communication skills to clearly articulate business value
Experience delivering impactful product demonstrations
Solid understanding of customer experience (CX) research and methodologies
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enthusiasm for digital experience technology
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-driven approach
A collaborative nature and experience supporting sales strategies
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Paris office.
