The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Global Total Rewards Analyst to join our international People Team. You’ll play a key role in delivering and evolving our benefits programs in the UK and Spain, while also contributing to global Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and project work.
This is a unique opportunity to grow your experience across the full spectrum of Total Rewards and be part of strategic projects that shape the employee experience globally.
The Team
You’ll be part of our globally distributed Total Rewards team, working closely with our People Partners, Talent Operations, and business leaders. The team is collaborative, data-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional support and scalable programs. While this role is based in the UK or Spain, you’ll engage with stakeholders across Europe and the US.
What We’re Looking For
Deep understanding of benefits administration in the UK and Spain, with knowledge of EMEA regulations and practices
Confident managing vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and invoice reconciliation
Strong stakeholder and employee support experience—people come to you for clear answers
Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday is a plus) and maintaining data accuracy
Analytical mindset and able to support compensation cycles and benchmarking processes
Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
Comfortable juggling operational tasks and strategic projects
Excellent communication skills—transparent, honest, and supportive
Fluency in English; Spanish or another European language is a bonus
Experience in a matrixed or global organization preferred
