This position is 100% remote, but we are currently searching for candidates to be in a UTC 2 hours timezone to make easy the scheduling of meetings or any other commitment that involves other members of the team. If you are in that range, as long as you are sure you have a good connection, it doesn't matter where you are working from. We have quarterly offsites that involve physical meetups. Horario flexible. There is some sync time and a daily meeting just after lunch (14:00-15:00 CEST). We ask people to be available at least between 12:00 and 16:00. Experience designing and developing APIs, pragmatic tradeoffs, and maintainability as a team game.- Good understanding of software principles. Youll work with Ruby, but can bring experience in other languages.- TDD/best practices (SOLID, design patterns, testing), CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, solid test suite; clear communication and listening; self-motivated and organized.- +4 years developing backend software (any mainstream language), relational DBs, REST APIs, good level of English.- Nice to have: Hexagonal/Clean architecture & DDD, Ruby/Rails, common AWS services, CI (Travis), fintech experience.
