🔍 What we’re looking for

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

• 3 - 4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or similar environments.

• A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous in delivering tasks with high standards.

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

• A true team player with a collaborative spirit.

• Fluent English (reading, speaking, and writing)—you’ll work in an international context.
