We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our tech team!

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management within the technology sector, specifically in AI and cybersecurity. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, and a proven ability to manage intricate projects from inception to completion. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining KPIs and overseeing our tech team scorecard.

📣 What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage multiple AI-driven cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and cybersecurity experts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Experience defining and measuring KPIs, Scorecards and working with OKRs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and cybersecurity.

• You have some proven experience in project management within the technology sector, with a focus on AI and cybersecurity projects.
• You have a strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and cybersecurity principles.
• You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• You have some experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• You have some knowledge of graph inference and other advanced AI techniques.
• You are familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
