As a Solution Engineer, you'll be right in the mix, helping our prospects and customers make the most of our technology every step of the way.

This is an outward facing role, and you will represent BforeAI - communication and professional attitude are paramount.

You’ll work with teams across the customer organization to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client’s needs and goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solutions, so you’ll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. As a team, we’ll take a critical approach to design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and efficiency.

📣 What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success and development teams, you will:

  • Evangelize the benefits of predictive capability, how it works, the value it delivers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technology stack, tools they are using, preferred integrations, etc. to provide a technology overview to sales.
  • Assist prospect and customer personnel to integrate PreCrime in their tooling.
  • Design and develop scripts and API integrations in a variety of environments.
  • Act as a program manager for complex proof-of-value projects and design of experiments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve API interfaces, and feed input to product teams.
  • At times, provide introductory pitch to BforeAI capabilities and products.
  • Create a repeatable demo environment that will show the customer value of our predictive intelligence prior to entering into the proof of value phase.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customers and prospects queries.
  • Document each project to drive standardization and recycling of solutions.
  • Train partners technical personnel to drive autonomy in prospecting new customers.
  • Engage with customer success to support API integration activities post their onboarding phase.

💥 You’ll be a great fit if

  • You have experience as a technical consultant, technical pre-sales engineer, solution architect, or in a customer/partner-facing role.
  • You understand networking infrastructure, security tools, and integration use cases.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct high level technical discussions and customer engagements.
  • You have the ability to collaborate with different teams to understand business needs, and to work independently.
  • You've got great problem-solving skills.
  • You possess programming skills and experience in developing integrations.
  • You demonstrate a robust technical aptitude and a knack for swiftly grasping new concepts. A willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies is essential.
  • Your expertise lies in cybersecurity market knowledge along with a keen understanding of industry trends and opportunities.
