To support brand growth and communication effectiveness at scale, we’re looking for a Content Specialist Senior to turn local context, content performance, and audience insights into actionable communication strategies. This role owns end-to-end visibility into how belo shows up across channels and acts as a key partner to Growth, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Community teams to ensure messaging is relevant, consistent, and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Own Argentina’s communications strategy end-to-end: define narratives, plan and execute content across channels, ensuring local relevance, clarity, and strong storytelling around key themes (dolarización, fintech trust, sovereign finance, economic volatility).

• Lead multi-channel content & editorial planning: create and curate content across social, messaging, and lifecycle channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, WhatsApp, email, push), with quarterly calendars aligned to Argentina’s context and timely distribution strategies.

• Ensure brand voice and localization excellence: maintain a consistent, sharp, and locally resonant tone across all touchpoints, adapting global messaging with a strong Argentine voice and product mindset.

• Build partnerships and communities: identify and activate creators, fintech/crypto communities, and strategic partners, while managing and growing owned spaces (Telegram, WhatsApp, IRL events).

• Manage reputation and comms risk: proactively monitor regulatory, economic, and market shifts, and respond effectively during high-sensitivity or volatile moments.

• Own performance and optimization: define KPIs (engagement, sentiment, conversion), analyze results, and continuously test and scale what works across formats and channels.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Growth, Legal/Compliance, and Product to ensure communications are aligned, high-impact, and compliant, while representing Argentina’s perspective internally.

• Lead PR, events, and AI-driven workflows: manage press relations and agencies, execute media and community events, and leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve content, research, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Community Management, or Brand Strategy, ideally in fintech, crypto, or startup environments.

• Proven ability to create content in Spanish that drives both engagement and conversion.

• Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, email, etc.).

• Strong understanding of Argentina’s economic, cultural, and digital landscape.

• Familiarity with local fintech/crypto regulations (BCRA, CNV) and how they impact communication.

• Experience working with data and KPIs to inform content decisions and optimize performance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

• Strong execution skills: from idea to live content, independently and efficiently.

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance workflows and output.

Nice to Have

• Background in employer branding, PR, or partnerships with creators and influencers.

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, Figma, or Canva.

• Experience designing growth loops where content drives acquisition.

• Ability to brief and manage freelancers, designers, or agencies.

• Existing network within local creator, fintech, or crypto communities.
