As belo expands across products, markets, and channels, we’re looking for a Semi Senior Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end creative production, contribute to scalable design systems, and elevate the quality and consistency of our brand across touchpoints

What You'll Do

• Lead the production of creative assets for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), from concept to final delivery.

• Design and maintain scalable Figma component systems, including brand libraries, reusable templates, and usage guidelines.

• Create organic social media assets with strong judgment on what works best across platforms and formats.

• Collaborate with Growth to analyze creative performance, interpret metrics, propose iteration hypotheses, and execute structured tests.

• Produce high-visibility materials for product launches, events, and partnerships.

• Actively participate in QA processes and contribute to maintaining the team’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) structure.

• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, tools, naming conventions, and processes.

• Document work clearly and consistently, including what was built, why decisions were made, and what was learned.

• Co-design, together with the Brand & Design Lead, the team’s Notion hub structure for tracking monthly and quarterly work (projects, deliverables, learnings, priorities).

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or marketing design (ideally in startups, fintech companies, or agencies working with technology clients).

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, auto layout, prototyping).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and rationale behind creative decisions, not only visual execution.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous briefs, ask the right questions, and translate ideas into clear deliverables.

• Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines in real production environments.

• Understanding of performance-related design metrics such as CTR, thumb-stop rate, and hook rate.

• Strong operational autonomy: able to manage workload, prioritize effectively, and communicate blockers proactively.

• High level of accountability: documents process, explains decisions, and leaves clear visibility of what was built and why.

• Genuine interest in fintech, crypto, or technology.

Nice to Have

• Motion design knowledge (After Effects, Rive, Jitter).

• Experience using AI-powered tools applied to creative workflows.
