To scale belo across LatAm, we’re building a multi-country growth engine. We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to drive and continuously optimize our growth funnel, from acquisition to retention, with a strong focus on analytics, structured experimentation, and execution.
What You'll Do
Drive growth execution: operate Performance and CRM as one connected funnel, aligning hypotheses, measurement, and learnings across stages.
Budget & efficiency analysis: analyze and optimize investment by channel and country based on CAC, payback, activation, KYC rate, and cohort performance.
Measurement & incrementality: implement and monitor core growth metrics (cohorts, LTV/CAC, CAC payback), support incrementality testing, and help define a single source of truth for growth reporting with Data.
Experimentation engine: design, run, and analyze structured experiments across creatives, landings, onboarding flows, lifecycle journeys, offers, timing, and segmentation.
Lifecycle management (CRM): operate and optimize always-on journeys for onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, churn prevention, and winback.
Creative x Performance loop: collaborate with Design and Brand to test and iterate on creatives based on performance data.
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Data, and Performance partners to remove funnel frictions and improve conversion.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
+5 years of experience in growth, with strong hands-on focus on lifecycle/CRM and solid exposure to paid acquisition, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or other transactional apps.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or other transactional consumer apps.
Strong analytical skills: cohorts, unit economics, CAC payback, and LTV/CAC.
Hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end (hypothesis, setup, measurement, insights, decisions).
Practical knowledge of CRM channels (push, email, in-app), segmentation, and automations.
Ability to translate data into clear actions and prioritization.
Nice to Have
Experience working in multi-country (LatAm) environments and adapting strategies locally.
Exposure to incrementality measurement (geo tests, holdouts).
Familiarity with martech stacks, CDPs, MMPs, and event taxonomy.
Experience building referral, virality, or incentive loops.
Experience with Customer.io.
Experience creating AI agents or automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
