We’re ready to take our product to the next level, delivering impactful features and exceptional user experiences. To do this, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a startup mindset and a strong passion for fintech, who will play a key role in shaping our design direction, driving meaningful innovation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead design problems end to end, from deep problem understanding to implementation and impact evaluation

• Actively participate in defining problems and trade-offs alongside the different teams involved in the product

• Design clear, scalable experiences for complex financial products, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Drive continuous discovery and validation processes, leveraging qualitative research, data, and iterative learning

• Make design decisions with strong personal judgment, even in ambiguous and changing contexts

• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring UX/UI consistency, visual quality, and scalability

• Explore and integrate AI into the design process and product experience when it delivers real value to users

• Iterate quickly with a focus on impact, learning, and outcomes rather than isolated deliverables

• Act as a reference for design best practices, sharing feedback and raising the bar for the team

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years designing complex digital products, with high autonomy and a strong sense of ownership

• Proven ability to lead product problems end to end and make decisions with sound judgment

• Strong product thinking, balancing user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility

• Solid experience in UX and UI, with a strong focus on visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail

• Experience working with Design Systems and a systemic approach to scaling experiences, components, and teams

• Ability to make informed decisions using research, data, and continuous feedback—even with imperfect information

• Ability to integrate AI throughout the design process, using it to explore solutions, accelerate iteration, and improve decision quality

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Comfort working in fast-paced environments, adapting to change, and learning continuously

• Strong proficiency in Figma and a portfolio that demonstrates process, decision-making, and impact (not just final screens)

• Advanced English (required)

• Experience in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem (highly valued)

• Portuguese proficiency (a plus)
