We’re growing fast and looking for a Junior Back Office Operations Analyst to join our Operations team.

This role is hands-on, operational, and execution-focused, ideal for someone starting their career who wants to understand how a fintech works from the inside.

What You'll Do

Daily Operations & Back Office
  • Support day-to-day operational processes (payments, reconciliations, user operations, internal controls)

  • Review, validate, and organize operational data to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Help track transactions, balances, and operational movements across different systems

  • Detect inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and escalate them properly

  • Assist in simple reconciliations and cross-checks between tools and providers

  • Document processes and help improve how things are done step by step

  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Support, Product, and external providers

Process & Improvement Support
  • Help keep operational spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards updated

  • Identify repetitive tasks that could be improved or automated

  • Collaborate on building clearer processes, checklists, and controls

  • Support new operational launches or changes (new flows, new providers, new features)

Coordination & Support
  • Assist with operational reporting and internal follow-ups

  • Help prepare basic reports or summaries for the team

  • Coordinate information between internal teams when needed

  • Support audits, reviews, or operational checks when required

What We're Looking For

  • No specific degree required

  • Students or graduates in Administration, Operations, Engineering, Systems, Business, or similar

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational tools

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how things work

  • Able to follow processes but also suggest improvements

  • Good communication skills and team mindset

  • English required (reading and writing). Portuguese is a plus.

  • Experience with Google Sheets / Excel is a must

  • Startup experience is a plus, but not required
