Position Description:
We are looking for a creative and driven Community Manager to join our growing team at Belo and lead our engagement efforts in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital communities, experienced in content creation, and capable of connecting with freelancers, tourists, and gamers in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and publish engaging content in Portuguese across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and grow online communities, ensuring strong engagement and timely responses to inquiries and interactions.
• Localize and adapt global campaigns to the Brazilian market, maintaining relevance and alignment with Belo’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute branding and performance campaigns.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, social media, and fintech in Brazil.
Requirements:
• Native Portuguese speaker with advanced proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, ideally within fintech, startups, or tech environments.
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and basic analytics platforms.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills in Portuguese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Knowledge of freelancers, tourists, or gamers’ needs and communities is a strong advantage.
• Be based in SP
Desirables:
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
• Connections or active participation in Brazilian digital communities (e.g., fintech forums, freelancer groups).
• Creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
