As we scale, we need a Senior QA Automation who’s strategic, analytical, and obsessed with quality to keep our platform flawless.
What You’ll Do
- Design and evolve manual and automated testing strategies for stability and performance.
- Build and enhance testing frameworks that catch issues early and often.
- Partner with devs and product teams to squash risks before they escalate.
- Run integration, regression, load, and security tests for bulletproof releases.
- Set quality benchmarks and refine processes in a fast-paced agile setup.
- Explore cutting-edge tools and methods to keep QA ahead of the curve.
- 5+ years of QA experience—fintech, startups, or high-speed environments preferred.
- Mastery of testing types: automated, functional, smoke, stress, regression, and beyond.
- API testing chops (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Hands-on automation skills (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- CI/CD fluency (GitHub Actions a plus).
- SQL/NoSQL prowess for data validation.
- TypeScript scripting for automation workflows.
- Cloud testing experience (AWS ideal).
- A problem-solver’s brain with a relentless improvement streak.
- Crypto/blockchain know-how.
- Mobile testing experience (Appium, Detox, etc.).
- Security or performance testing expertise.
