What You'll Do
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Manage daily social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok — growing engagement, reach, and impact.
- Content Creation: Write, design, and schedule bold, mission-aligned content — including posts, newsletters, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns; radio, print, and physical experiences.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Salesforce to nurture and activate caregiver audiences.
- Localized Marketing: Design and execute market-specific campaigns and community activations, collaborating with field teams to tailor outreach for new caregiver enrollments.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor KPIs across platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics), refine strategies based on performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to produce visual and video content that resonates with underserved families and healthcare partners.
- Cross-Functional Marketing: Support event promotions, product launches, caregiver enrollment initiatives, and PR efforts — ensuring integrated messaging across channels.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with strong focus on digital, social media, and localized marketing.
- Proven success leading multi-platform social media campaigns (organic + paid).
- Skilled with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Experienced with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Strong writing and storytelling ability: can amplify brand voice across multiple channels.
- Technically capable with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing.
- Familiar with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics dashboards.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing best practices, and basic CRO (conversion optimization) principles.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and deeply mission-aligned. Must be passionate about empowering families and building movements.
