What do we expect?

For this role, we are seeking a highly organised and versatile Finance & HR Admin Specialist to join Tonic. To ensure success as a Finance & HR Admin Specialist, you should have business acumen and the ability to complete various financial and admin tasks accurately and efficiently; be a highly organized and process-driven individual with the ability to handle confidential information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices, expenses claims and account payments
  • Maintaining a digital and physical record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier and clients’ information.
  • Optimize workflow while coordinating daily financial tasks
  • Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date
  • Process staff expenses
  • Assist the team with recruitment administrative tasks, including job advertising and providing a point of contact for candidates
  • Collaborate with HR to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Provide event management support as requested and needed

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a finance & hr admin specialist.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Native portuguese proficiency and professional working proficiency in English
  • Problem solving effectively and efficiently.
  • Multi-tasker with clear priority setting.
  • Friendly, energetic, proactive, responsible, practical, a team worker, rigorous and detail-oriented.
