Spike Technologies is looking for a Senior B2B SaaS Sales Executive with a strong track record of closing healthcare deals in the U.S. market. This role will focus on driving outbound sales for our Health Ops AI product suite, a cutting-edge solution that automates administrative workflows such as patient no-show management, insurance verification, and patient reactivation—available in 15 languages, 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals within the healthcare SaaS sector.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to build and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare clients.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare.
- Work closely with our GTM team to identify and engage new sales opportunities.
- Stay aligned with product development, providing feedback to our Machine Learning Engineers team to further refine our AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare sales dynamics in the U.S. market.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
